


Positioned at the foot of the Kentish Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty, 5 minutes from the Channel Tunnel, The Drum is a traditional 18th century Inn built in 1708. The Inn is renowned for it’s fine selection of real ales and a traditional ‘pub menu’ prepared mainly from locally sourced ingredients.

With France on our doorstep, we are the closest campsite to the Channel Tunnel. Along with the beautiful Kent countryside and attractions, we believe we provide the perfect camping and holiday destination for everyone. Our campsite is easily accessible, leaving the M20 motorway at Junction 11 and following the signs to Stanford North, just a few minutes drive away.

-The yellow pending dates have some availablity on certain pitches. If there is no EHU option tick box showing we don't have any availability for it.
-Once you have selected your dates and requirements, choose the paypal option for ALL major credit card payments- you do not need to have a paypal account.
- It is 7 night maximum stay.
- You must arrive before 10pm on your check-in date (8pm on Sundays and bank holidays)
- There are no restrictions on departure times
- To acess the campsite you will need to go up a ramp, longer vehicles with a long overhang may have trouble

Brilliant beer, well kept, out of the way - good parking, great food, what more could you ask for? Kent pub at its finest... It's not a gastro-pub, not meant to be, doesn't need to be, sometimes you just want a pin to be a pub!!
A beautiful roast enjoyed there. Fitted us in, late Sunday afternoon. Nothing was to much and staff were very accommodating ! Defo be going back.
Absolutely gorgeous place. Fantastic facilities. So friendly, the food in the pub is outstanding.

Really great place
Good efforts being made by the staff here to provide a service in these difficult times. Table service in the garden was very good. This is a pleasant quiet spot for a drink in the garden. Nice countryside setting.
